Vice President Marc Bolland, Chief Executive of M&S, has been involved with UNICEF UK since 2010. Marc had a two-month sabbatical and decided to dedicate his time to help the Haiti cause, after seeing images of children suffering in the aftermath of the earthquake. He spent time in UNICEF UK’s office in Farringdon and was also a member of the crisis team in the UNICEF global operation centre in Copenhagen.

As a sector leader, Marc continues to make an incredible contribution to UNICEF’s work for children, through the creation of our valuable partnership with M&S, leading on the formulation of an Emergency Task Force and most recently hosting a private dinner with UNICEF Ambassador Sir Roger Moore in aid of the Children’s Emergency Fund.
