The Central London Group was originally formed as the Young London Group by five volunteers in 1999, and has organised various fundraising activities including musical and comedy evenings, quiz nights, walks, restaurant visits and an All Hallows Eve ball.
In 2009 we organised a wine dinner, an Indonesian lunch and a pub quiz, and we’re always looking for new fundraising ideas. We hold most of our meetings in Holborn or Victoria but our events cover quite a wide area, with Mayfair, Mansion House and Wimbledon among recent locations.
In recent years the group has grown in size and we’re enjoying the challenge of adapting to this change. One thing we’re trying to do is have more social activities, so members can get to know each other better. For more information, please visit our website.
