In November 2012, we're taking 20 adventurers on a journey with a difference.
Imagine yourself astride a 1950s-style Royal Enfield Bullet or at the wheel of a vintage Ambassador car, taking in the stunning scenery of southern India.
This is a challenge of stamina, a discovery of spectacular landscapes and a chance to witness our life saving projects on the ground.
Come and be a part of this incredible adventure.
The 1,000 km route takes you along Kerala's coast, inland to Mysore, through the tiger reserves of Bandipur and Mudumallai and up through 36 hairpin bends to a vast expanse of tea plantations. The trip ends back in the serene backwaters of Kerala – an exquisite conclusion to a remarkable adventure.
Visit a UNICEF project in India
This is a great opportunity both to fundraise for UNICEF and see our work in southern India first hand, as well as the difference that your support could make.
The practicalities
To take part in our Classic Indian Adventure we ask that you raise a minimum sponsorship target. To reserve your place you'll need to pay a registration fee of £500. For full payment details please see the booking conditions available to download on the right of this page.
You'll receive the full support of a designated member of our team to help you reach your target and we'll give you plenty of ideas and advice to make your fundraising a success.
The event takes place from 30 November – 9 December 2012 so you have plenty of time to fundraise and prepare, but be sure to get in quickly to reserve your place.
