We've recruited some expert help from Bannatyne's Health Clubs to help you prepare for the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

Adrian Worsley, London regional manager and former fitness instructor suggests:

"Tell as many people as possible that you are running, and tell them early. This means that you are being held accountable, and have the pressure to keep you motivated. A bit of friendly pressure is good to keep you on your toes! This will also give you plenty of time to raise money for a great cause."

Gareth Carter, Health and Fitness Manager at Bannatyne's Health Club in Broadstairs says:

"Build your mileage gradually. Don’t overdo it! Start with short runs and increase your mileage or time you run for as you get fitter."

We’ll also support you with lots of fundraising ideas to help you reach your target.
