Test yourself in the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running at the world renowned London Triathlon.

Here's what you need to know:

Date: 27 and 28 July

Location: The 2013 Virgin Active London Triathlon will once again be held at the ExCeL centre, London. Why not take a look at the course overview?

Registration fee: £50 (This is the amount you pay to get a charity place in the run with us.)

Minimum sponsorship: £500 (This is the amount participants for Team UNICEF must raise to take part in the run.)

Closing date for registrations: The last day to register is 5 July 2013.
