This page contains some downloadable resources for you to use when organising your own fundraising event.
Organising your event
If you want to organise a fundraising event, please download and send us an event form. Include as much detail as possible so that we can provide the best support for your fundraising. UNICEF can provide materials such as forms, t-shirts, posters, and donation buckets.

It may also be useful to set up an online giving page. UNICEF has it's own site called My Fundraising which is a great way to inspire friends and family to give to your event.
Promoting your Event
UNICEF has several free posters and leaflets which you can use to promote your event, each with space to write in the date, venue, and any other details. Click on the poster to download a PDF copy.
Poster 1 (portrait): Features a smiling boy who has benefited from a home for children who were affected by the Tsunami in 2004.
Poster 2 (landscape): Features three girls at their school in Thailand, where UNICEF helped install safe water and improved sanitation facilities.
Poster 3 (portrait) Features a girl at one of UNICEF's schools, with no space for event details.
You can also download and print copies of this leafelt about the history of UNICEF, in order to show your supporters how their fundrasing and sponshorship money is spent.

Sending in your money
If you are collecting sponsorship for your event you can use these official UNICEF sponsor forms.
The Gift Aid Form allows UNICEF to reclaim gift aid on your donations.After your event has finished you can send the money that you have raised to us by filling out this sending in my money form.
