In February 120 people came together for the Enough Food for Everyone IF campaign lobby training event in London – Make IF Happen. The campaigners learnt how to lobby their MPs about fair tax and life-saving aid. Visiting your MP in person is one of the most effective ways to take action.

Thanks to your campaigning, George Osborne announced that the UK Government will meet the 0.7% aid promise.

The campaign doesn't end here. Sign up to add your name. Together, we can be the generation that begins to end child hunger. You can also become a Children's Champion if you are interested in lobbying your MP about child hunger.

A chorus of IFs ring out from the lobbyists at the make IF happen training event in London.

The morning session included a number of speeches from inspiring campaigners. Here Jenny Ricks, head of campaigns at Action Aid, talked about why campaigning with IF is so important for changing the unfair food system.

Max Lawson, head of advocacy and public policy at Oxfam, talked the lobbyists through the four big IFs: aid, tax, land and transparency. If you would like to get to grips with the four big IFs, have a look at the issues for an overview of how we can put an end to child hunger.

Mike Smith, the UK public affairs manager at Oxfam, with supporter Coralie, talked the lobbyists through how to have an awesome lobby meeting. Coralie shared her experiences - both good and bad - of meeting with her MP and encouraged the audience to book meetings. Why not visit your MP?

Supporter Sue Webberley took advantage of the props for her IF photo booth shot. Some of the lobbyists intended to use the photos as their Facebook or Twitter profile picture. Why not create your own IF profile picture at home?

Supporter Matthew Ruuska beams as he says enough food for everyone, IF in his photo booth shot. Queues stretched round the corner as the lobbyists waited to have the photo taken.

Supporters Susan Jam and Christine Essex pose for their IF photo booth picture. It was great to see so many supporters inspired by the IF spirit. Why not watch the IF video to get inspired yourself?
