Gladestry Church in Wales Primary School in Powys have written and recorded Every Child, a compelling song and video about children's rights.
The song is a collaboration between songwriter Jim Eliot, parent Rob Robinson and Gladestry School teachers and children. It features all 44 pupils and was recorded at the school itself.
The lyrics were written by the school's headteacher and the last chorus by the children themselves in response to being asked what they would wish for every child. It is their hope that Every Child will become a sort of children's anthem.
The accompanying video was made by future school parent and film maker Paul Whitby.
