Soft Toys for Education Campaign 2013
In October 2013, IKEA, UNICEF and Save the Children launched the Soft Toys for Education campaign in aid of children’s education projects around the world.
For every soft toy or children’s book sold between 20th October and 4th January, the IKEA Foundation will donate €1 to education initiatives supported by UNICEF and Save the Children. This year the campaign is better than ever, with a new range of soft toys, watch our video.
With every soft toy or children’s book you buy, you are helping to send more children to school all around the world. It’s simple and easy to purchase a toy – either go online or pop into one of the IKEA stores today.
A small contribution can make a big difference to a lot of children. Since 2003, the Soft Toys for Education campaign has reached more than 10 million children through 90 projects in 46 different countries. The total amount donated by the IKEA Foundation is €57 million.
