UNICEF and ITP Trust went into partnership in April 2012, working in partnership to improve the lives of young children in Malawi.
Together, ITP and UNICEF are helping to fund an innovative new project, building libraries in schools in Malawi.
Education breaks the poverty cycle, cures disease and empowers children. In Malawi, however, 70% of children will have dropped out of school by the age of 13. ITP and UNICEF are helping to change that.
This project will give primary schools in Malawi libraries, books, wall charts and areas for children to grow, play, and learn. It is hoped the project will help 6,000 children access better education.
