Bangladesh Bangladesh is at high risk from climate change due to its low lying geography. In order to help deal with its impact, UNICEF has been helping communities at risk of cyclones, floods, droughts and sea level rising, to become more resilient and adapt their infrastructure to climate changes.

Madagascar UNICEF is working in Madagascar to rehabilitate and replace schools affected by cyclones with cyclone-resistant structures, while installing child-friendly and gender-friendly sanitation facilities.
