As a member of the Rights of the Child UK coalition (ROCK), UNICEF UK is working with parliamentarians, children’s charities, lawyers and activists to make the Convention part of UK law.
UNICEF UK is also working with partners to support moves to make the Convention part of the law and the policy-making process in the devolved nations.
Children have clearly told us that they want their rights to be enforceable in the UK courts. We take every opportunity to achieve real change for children by calling for their rights to be part of the law across the UK.
