Child Rights Partners launched in late 2013 as a three-year pilot programme. With six months left before the end of the initial pilot phase, we are looking to undertake a detailed study and interim evaluation of the pilot. As such we are inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations or individuals to work with us to undertake this evaluation.

The successful organisation or individual will be expected to work with us to gather and analyse information and data about the programme, design and help implement a monitoring system for the final stint of the programme, make recommendations for ongoing monitoring and identify lines of enquiry for the next phase of the Child Rights Partners programme. The main outputs will include a final written report as well as an outline monitoring and evaluation system.

Please read the Invitation to Tender to find out how to apply for the study. A complete tender with an outline of the suggested approach and process for delivering the study must be submitted by 14 July to We expect the study to be completed by February 2017. The indicative budget is up to £22,000 including UK travel and expenses.

If you require further information or would like to have a discussion before submitting your tender, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at
