Terms and Conditions
Our aim is to supply you with high quality cards that you will be proud to send to your clients, associates or staff. We provide a first class overprinting service that can be tailored to your needs and we work to deliver your cards as quickly as possible.
'Flat and Blank'
All cards from our corporate collection are held 'flat and blank' - there are no greetings or messages printed inside the cards. We can supply cards to you 'flat and blank' ready for your own local printer to add greetings or we can personalise your cards to your exact requirements.
Personalised Cards
We will be happy to arrange overprinting of your cards to your exact requirements - greeting of your choice, colour printing, add your logo and signatures - at the additional rates listed and calculated in your quotation.
Payment
We will be happy to invoice your company- please complete the invoice address when processing your order (this may be different from your delivery address). Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. All prices shown for corporate cards and services are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your bill at the rate of 17.5% (excluding Channel Islands and overseas orders).
Credit/Debit Card payments - you can make your payment on-line - see attached instructions. A VAT invoice will be supplied following despatch of your order.
Minimum Order
The minimum order quantity for any single design is 50 cards. If you choose more than one card, the minimum per card design is 50 and the overprinting price applies to each card selected.
Pricing
All cards and services are priced exclusive of vat and shown in the brochure and for each item. VAT will be charged at 17.5% on all orders supplied to the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). Overprinting charges apply to each different card selected.
Sample cards
We will be happy to send you sample cards - please complete the appropriate section of this web-site. We do not charge for the supply of sample cards to companies but we generally would not send more than an assortment of 10 cards.

Your order
Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a confirmation that it has been received by e-mail. (in case of difficulty please contact our dedicated Business Desk on 0870 830 8021)
You will receive a faxed proof or e-mailed proof, according to your printing requirements for you to approve. Additional proofs are subject to additional charges. If you choose to have a machine proof, a charge of £15 will be made for each card proof.
Your order cannot proceed until this approval has been received. We will remind you if we have supplied your proof but still await approval.
We will work to keep you informed of the progress of your order and will contact you should any problem arise.
Delivery
10 days - choose our overprinting service and your finished cards will be delivered to your UK address within 10 working days (subject to availability). You will receive an e-mail to confirm the despatch of your delivery.
3 days - if your order is for 'flat and blank' cards (no greeting/message printed inside) then we will deliver your cards within 3 working days (subject to availability).
Special requirements -orders involving foil printing, and overseas despatch will take up to 7 days longer than the dates shown above.
Orders will be despatched by Business Post (next day service) to UK addresses and will require signature. Next day delivery may take place up to 17.30pm.
Overseas deliveries
If you are a UK based company ordering cards for the UK and your overseas offices we will send the overseas orders by FEDEX, (for the appropriate additional charge). Please contact our dedicated Business Desk on 0870 830 8021 for details/quotation and approximate delivery times.
Non UK Orders
If your company is located outside the United Kingdom, please click on the 'Non UK Orders' button on the home page of this website. You will be directed to the full list of UNICEF offices and National Committee offices. This will allow you access to the national range of corporate cards and receive local service support with your order requirements.
