By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions:

  1. The competition is open from 16 October 2015 until 23:59 on 4 December 2015 ("entry period").
  2. Entries received outside of the entry period will not be entered into the draw – please contact Unicef UK Supporter Care on 0300 330 5580 if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, incorrect or not received for any other reason.
  4. No purchase necessary. There is no requirement to complete the section relating to renewal dates.
  5. Entry to the competition is open to UK residents over 18 only.
  6. Participants must have a full postal address to participate.
  7. Only one entry per person.
  8. Employees or family members of employees of Unicef UK, the Greater London Authority and Jack Morton or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry in to the competition.
  9. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.
  10. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
  11. The promoter of the competition is Unicef UK, 30a Great Sutton Street, London, EC1V 0DU.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility, including the identity and age of any entrant.
  13. One winner will win 4 VIP tickets to the London New Year’s Eve Fireworks.
  14. The prize is not transferable nor refundable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
  15. The draw will take place on 7 December 2015. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date.
  16. The winner will be notified by 8 December 2015.
  17. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Unicef UK, 30a Great Sutton Street, London, EC1V 0DU.
  18. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
  19. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner, they will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of 2 weeks will be allowed after the announcement date to be supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize.
  20. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these terms & conditions.
  21. The promoter reserves the right to (I) cancel or suspend the competition, (II) refuse any individual’s entry and (III) amend these terms and conditions.
  22. The decision of the promoter is final.
