Films and photos
One quick way to get an idea of what UNICEF and its partners do is by having a look at one of our Soccer Aid photo galleries. The need for mosquito nets, water pumps or school equipment is sometimes best communicated by pictures of our work.
Soccer Aid films
During Soccer Aid, six films featuring UNICEF Ambassadors and long-standing supporters were shown on ITV, telling the stories of children whose lives have been affected by HIV, malaria, malnutrition, lack of education, lack of clean water and abandonment. The films presented by Robbie Williams, David Beckham, Ewan McGregor, James Nesbitt, Elle Macpherson and Paul Bettany are available on this site.
You can also view our first Soccer Aid film clip of the teams' visit to Downing Street.
Behind-the-scenes photo galleries
We also have two behind-the-scenes photo galleries from Soccer Aid. The first Soccer Aid photo gallery shows pictures of UNICEF Ambassadors during the shooting of the Soccer Aid films. The second photo gallery shows more behind-the-scenes pictures from the shoots and highlights from the week, including the Downing Street reception hosted by Prime Minister Tony Blair.
