UNICEF UK Education was involved in Developing citizenship - a project for citizenship and secondary schools in a global context (2002-2005).

Developing citizenship is about:

  • Global dimensions and local connections
  • Responses to challenges and opportunities in citizenship education in a global context
  • Whole-school citizenship issues: policy, practice and participation in local and international society
