Robbie Williams and David Beckham for the Unite for Children, Unite Against AIDS campaign
Every minute of every day, one child dies and four children lose a parent because of AIDS-related illness. UNICEF has launched a five-year global campaign to help children affected by HIV and AIDS; Unite for Children, Unite Against AIDS. This year, the focus is on the prevention of mother-to-child transmission, with the Born Free Campaign.

How you can helpSex education
Your voice can make a real difference to the campaign, and to the lives of children all over the world.

Sex education saves lives. While there's no vaccine against HIV and AIDS, education is the best form of protection.
Youth Voice in Jamaica
Last summmer, Youth Voice traveled to Jamaica to learn about how peer educators deal with the issue of AIDS there. Read daily diaries, find out which projects they visited and take the interactive quiz to find out how much you know about HIV and AIDS.
