Audit guidance for neonatal services e-learning

Our new audit guidance supports neonatal services to confidently assess the extent to which they are meeting the Baby Friendly standards, recognise positive areas and identify opportunities to improve.

This interactive e-learning enables users to choose when and where they want to learn whilst gaining a strong foundation of knowledge and skills around all aspects of the auditing process. Learners will have the opportunity to explore issues of sampling, interviewing, scoring, presentation and interpretation of results, and action planning to improve care and maintain progress.
