We’re unable to provide specialised advice or assistance in relation to individual cases of child abuse or neglect in the UK. If you think a child is in immediate danger, please dial 999.

If you’re concerned about the safety or welfare of a child, please contact your local authority social care department or the NSPCC 24 hour Child Protection helpline on 0808 800 5000.

Childline also provides a private and confidential service for children and young people and can be called on 0800 1111.

In 2015, donations from supporters helped us set up over 1,500 temporary schools in Nepal to ensure children like 5-year-old Sanjay could return to school following the earthquakes.
