Help deliver history
Join the race to end the pandemic
Covid-19 is the biggest global crisis since World War Two, and children won’t be safe until everyone they rely on is safe.
UNICEF and easyJet are working together to raise funds for the COVID-19 Vaccines Appeal, which will support UNICEF to deliver lifesaving COVID-19 vaccines, tests and treatments to 133 low-and middle-income countries through COVAX.
This appeal is the biggest health and logistics operation in history, and easyJet are calling on their employees and customers to help. With your support, UNICEF will help deliver over 2 billion COVID-19 vaccines for health workers and the most high-risk people on our planet.
To date, UNICEF, as the lead delivery partner for the COVAX facility, has delivered over 522 million vaccine doses globally. UNICEF remains focussed on providing vaccines to ensure that 30% of the population in low-and middle income countries is vaccinated in 2021. Next year, UNICEF will be working to ensure 70% of the world are vaccinated.
Whilst so much has been achieved, there is still so much to be done and you can help deliver history. Your donation will ensure:
- Vaccines get to even the most remote places in the world
- Vaccines are safely stored using cold chain equipment
- Health workers are protected and trained to vaccinate their communities
Just £2/€2 can help UNICEF deliver 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine so every donation can make a huge difference.
