Why choose the Cardiff Half Marathon?

The Cardiff Half Marathon is Wales’ biggest running challenge and takes in Cardiff’s most iconic landmarks. It passes the beautiful Penarth Marina before taking runners through the heart of Cardiff Bay. The flat roads make this the perfect race for first-time half marathon runners or experienced runners looking for a personal best.

Why run it for Unicef?

Your fundraising through the Cardiff Half Marathon can make a huge difference for children. With your support, Unicef can protect millions of vulnerable children around the world.

Did you know that £500 in sponsorship could provide a month’s supply of life-saving peanut paste to bring 22 malnourished children back to health?

Got your own place?

If you’ve already got your own place in the Cardiff Half Marathon, we’d love for you to fundraise for us. There is no minimum fundraising commitment; we would only ask you to raise what you can.
