2024 LINE UP

SOCCER AID FOR UNICEF, STAMFORD BRIDGE, LONDON, SUNDAY 9 JUNE.

Lacing up their boots again this year are team favourites Usain Bolt, Sir Mo Farah Roman Kemp, Martin Compston and Steven Bartlett joining footballing legends Jermain Defoe, Jill Scott, David James, Gary Cahill, Joe Cole and Karen Carney. New signings for this summer include cricketer Stuart Broad, King of the Jungle Sam Thompson, Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier and footballing legend – and former Chelsea icon – Eden Hazard.

Frank Lampard joins Harry Redknapp and Robbie Williams as England manager. Facing them down will be Mauricio Pochettino, returning as manager for Soccer Aid World XI.

The live show will be hosted by UNICEF UK Ambassador Dermot O’Leary, who will be joined once again by UNICEF UK High Profile Supporter, Alex Scott.

SOCCER AID PLAYER PROFILES

Frank Lampard

One of Chelsea’s greatest-ever players makes a return to Stamford Bridge where he will manage England. He’ll will take charge of the team alongside his uncle, Harry Redknapp! They’ll be joined by Soccer Aid co-founder, Robbie Williams.

Bobby Brazier

Swaps his dancing shoes for football boots, as the twinkle-toed youngster moves from the ballroom to the boot-room! He’ll be hoping that his soft shoe shuffles on Strictly Come Dancing will serve him well when the ball is at his feet.

Sir Mo Farah

Considered one of the greatest runners of all time, having accumulated an incredible 10 global titles. The atmosphere will be electric as the crowds welcome back one of their Soccer Aid fan favourites.

Eden Hazard

He is widely regarded as one of the best players of his generation. A modern-day Chelsea legend, the attacking midfielder was adored by Blues’ fans and envied by rival supporters in equal measure!

Diamond

Gladiator, ready! Soccer Aid newcomer Livi “Diamond” Sheldon swaps the BBC Gladiators arena for battles on the pitch. The former semi-professional footballer joins a formidable Soccer Aid World XI team.

Tommy Fury

The professional boxer will be bringing lightning reflexes and all his power to the pitch at Stamford Bridge this June. Fury joins the Soccer Aid World XI, going toe to toe against the Three Lions
