The Strands and Outcomes of the Award
For a school to achieve the Silver: Rights Aware accreditation, it must have evidence that it has reached the three strands of a Rights Respecting School at Silver. A school uses these strands and other guidance provided to plan and monitor progress.
Planning your actions
Use the Action Plan for Silver document completed for the Bronze accreditation to prioritise and carry out actions in the school. The Action Plan for Silver is a working document, so keep adding actions and reviewing your current position to identify impact on being rights respecting. Measuring your progress
We need to evaluate our work to help ensure that we are having a positive impact on the lives of children. This guide explains how we are evaluating the impact of the Award and what support we need from your school to do this.
The new data collection forms are available below and any school who would like to use them as part of showing their own progress are welcome to do so. Please contact your Professional Adviser with any queries.

School Evaluation form
The School Evaluation: Silver form is used to evidence a school’s progress towards meeting the outcomes for the Silver: Rights Aware accreditation. Schools need to complete the form when they feel ready for their accreditation visit.
