Millions of children are caught up in conflicts they did not ask for or create, enduring violence that no child should ever have to face.
Children living in war zones are faced with unimaginable horrors and are often forced to flee their homes to find safety.
The basics of childhood – school, play, and safety are lost to bombs and bullets. Hospitals are targeted. Children live in fear of being injured or killed every day.
Childhood shouldn’t look like this. No child should have to grow up in fear.
