Always on: Children’s Emergency Fund

We operate the largest humanitarian warehouse in the world so we can:

  • Respond within 48 hours with life-saving supplies and healthcare.
  • Protect children from conflict and its long-term impacts.
  • Help children physically and psychologically.

We respond to humanitarian crises, such as the increasing violence and food insecurity in Haiti, the escalating climate and conflict crisis in the Sahel and the devastating cholera outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We are supporting children affected by conflict across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Please donate to our Children’s Emergency Fund to help us reach children and families in emergencies like these.

Ready to support children affected by conflict and disaster

With any conflict, children suffer first and suffer most.

The number of countries in active armed conflicts is the highest in the last 30 years. Those most vulnerable, are being injured or killed on the frontline of conflicts around the world.

Over 43 million children have been displaced globally, losing their homes and the services they rely on. They’re deprived of access to food, shelter, health care and education. Children are more vulnerable to abuse and exploitation.

We call for ceasefires and humanitarian corridors to allow safe passage for children and families. We are always ready to deliver immediate support.

Please support our Children’s Emergency Fund for crises now and yet to come.

Emergencies are in our DNA

We were set up over 75 years ago to support children after World War Two. We’re hardwired to protect children during crisis.

Our Children’s Emergency Fund means we can help whenever and wherever needed, even when crises don’t make the news.

We are there before, during and after emergencies, helping communities to recover quickly and build resilience to future emergencies.

Our amazing supporters help to keep this vital fund topped up and ready for action at any time.
