Our e-learning courses are here to support you and your school to embed, enhance and maintain Rights Respecting practice in every aspect of school life.

We have a range of courses for schools at all stages of the Award, from starting at the beginning and learning about children’s rights, to providing you with guidance and tools to strengthen your journey. The courses can be completed whenever and where ever works for you, by individuals or groups as part of staff Continuing Professional Development (CPD). 

There are two learning paths available – RRSA E-learning CPD Library for all staff and Guidance for RRSA Coordinators. 

As a RRSA member you, and your school, have access to our e-learning. Please contact your Professional Adviser for log in details.

Further Information:

Each course can be completed individually (you can have multiple people with unique accounts working through the courses at the same time) or delivered as part of a 1-hour staff development session.   

The courses complement the online training recommended for RRSA Leads.  

Courses include:  

  • An introduction to children’s rights  
  • An introduction to RRSA  
  • Participation in a Rights Respecting School  
  • Global citizenship in a Rights Respecting School  
  • A deeper dive into children’s rights 

Short courses providing guidance on how to achieve each stage of the Award. 

Work through the course and share with steering groups/colleagues if you wish. These courses will give you a clear set of practical steps to achieve the next stage of the Award. 

Courses include:  

  • How to achieve Bronze: Rights Committed  
  • How to achieve Silver: Rights Aware  
  • How to achieve Gold: Rights Respecting  

If your school has not paid your membership fee, the cost of our e-learning packages is dependent on the size of your school. To gain access email us at [email protected] with the name and size of your school, payment can be taken by purchase order or by credit or debit card.
