The first thing you need to do to get started with your rights respecting journey is to register with us online.
It only takes a few minutes, and can be done by your headteacher or the staff member who will act as the RRSA lead within your school.
Once you’ve completed the form, we will be in touch with you to process your registration. Please let your headteacher and school office know to expect an invoice in the next couple of weeks.

Registration costs
In order to be able to provide centralised support for schools, there is a charge for schools to register. This charge will cover the support provided to schools over the full duration of their rights respecting journey.
Once you have registered with us online, we will send you an invoice.
Who else can register?
Other interested organisations or individuals can also register with us (for free) and become part of our community. We will keep you up to date with the work of Unicef UK and our Rights Respecting Schools via newsletters and other communications:
- Staff members in existing Rights Respecting Schools
- Local authorities
- Members of educational organisations or other settings who are interested in children’s rights
