Guide to bottle feeding leaflet

Home > Leaflets and posters > Department of Health Guide to bottle feeding leaflet

The leaflet is intended to be used as a teaching aid when health professionals are teaching parents how to make up feeds as safely as possible.

The Unicef UK Baby Friendly Initiative has worked with the Department of Health to produce the leaflet, which is intended to support health professionals when educating parents who have chosen to bottle feed in the post-natal period.

Parents may also find Baby Friendly’s brief guide to infant formula useful.
