2024 Annual Conference (Virtual)

Booking is now open for this year’s Annual Conference taking place virtually on 20-21 November 2024.

We look forward to welcoming delegates to this year’s two-day conference which will take place online with live and on-demand access.

Booking and Payment

Pricing for this year’s event includes:

• Discounted price (groups of 10+ only): £65 per person. 
• Standard price: £75 per person.

Tickets include two days of the live virtual conference as well as on-demand access after the event until 5pm Mon 23 December.

Please note we are unable to confirm places or issue an invoice without a copy of a Purchase Order.

Cancellation and substitution policies

• Cancellations will only be considered in writing and must be received by 6 November – an administration fee of £5 may be charged. No refund will be given after this date.
• Substitutions: To change the delegate attending, please email with the booking reference and new delegate details by 5pm on Wednesday 13 November.

Poster display

Please note applications to display a virtual poster at this year’s conference closed Friday 9^th August.
