Booking is now open for the 2025 Annual Conference taking place 12-13 November at the Telford International Centre
The Annual Conference provides a unique opportunity to engage with a high-quality programme backed by robust evidence, featuring expert speakers who are leaders in the fields of infant feeding and early relationship building.
Tickets include access to the full programme, a range of exhibitors, poster display, lunch and refreshments, and support from the Baby Friendly team.
Further details will be published on our website and via our news mailings in due course, but we are aware many of you will be keen to book.
Prices
We look forward to getting together in-person for two full days of speakers, talks, posters and exhibition. Pricing for this year’s event includes:
Both days:
- Early bird discounted rate: £250 (for individuals booked before midnight on 31st July 2025)
- Group discounted rate: £250 (available for groups of 5 or more until booking closes)
- Standard rate: £290 (applies 1st August 2025 until booking closes)
Please note a both-day ticket applies only to one delegate attending each day of the conference and cannot be split between two people.
Single day:
- Standard rate: £190 (applies until 31st October)
Booking closes at 5pm on 31st October. After this deadline, if tickets are still available, a late registration fee will apply. Please note booking may close early if our capacity limit at the venue is reached.

Please note we are unable to confirm bookings or issues invoices without a copy of the Purchase Order.

Poster display
Applications to present a poster at this year’s conference closed Sunday 15th June. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application shortly.
Selected posters will be displayed in print at the event and electronically on the Baby Friendly website after the conference.

Yes. When using Eventbrite to book online, add the delegate’s name and information once you have passed the Billing Contact details and payment steps. Please ensure you provide all their details including individual email addresses if booking for more than one delegate.
Conference tickets include access to all the programmed talks, access to the exhibition area and poster display, lunch, tea/coffee and refreshments, a programme book and a certificate of attendance.

The event will be available in person only; it will not be run as a hybrid event and the talks will not be available to watch afterwards.
Yes, this will be issued electronically and sent by email to all registered delegates at the end of the conference.
Yes, the catering team can accommodate a wide range of requirements. Please ensure you indicate this at the time of booking as we cannot accommodate requests after the booking deadline. Vegetarian options will be available as standard, but for other requirements there will be a designated Allergy/Special Diets station. If you have any queries please contact us before or during the event.
Yes, we very much welcome babies and young toddlers to the event. There will be a room available where those with babies can watch the talks live in a comfortable environment, with space for crawling and comfortable seating for feeding. You are of course welcome to sit in the main auditorium if you prefer. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know if you are bringing your baby. Please note during the conference open hours (see programme) babies are welcome, but during event set up and breakdown under 16s are not legally permitted in the affected areas.
Yes, there will be a cloakroom provided where you can leave coats and bags. There is no charge for this service. Please note items cannot be left overnight. The cloakroom is only open during conference hours.
Substitutions will be accepted in writing until 7 November 2025 when booking closes. Please email [email protected] with the full contact details of the new attendee.
Cancellations will only be considered in writing and must be received by 12 November 2025. An administration fee of £30 will be charged. No refund will be given after this date.
We don’t have points allocated to the event however you can use your certificate of attendance to apply individually.
