Audit e-learning

Our audit e-learning packages support you to confidently assess the extent to which your service is meeting the Baby Friendly standards, recognise positive areas and identify opportunities to improve.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new children’s centre audit e-learning, available to order now using the digital resource order form below.  

The interactive e-learning packages enable users to choose when and where they want to learn whilst gaining a strong foundation of knowledge and skills around all aspects of the auditing process. Learners will have the opportunity to explore issues of sampling, interviewing, scoring, presentation and interpretation of results, and action planning to improve care and maintain progress.

The e-learning is available in four versions; for maternity, health visiting, neonatal services and children’s centres.

Costs and ordering

Order using the Baby Friendly digital resources order form, which you can download from our resources page.

The online training package is available to purchase for either individuals or groups.

• Individual: £40 for one year’s access
• Groups of up to 5: £180 for one year’s access
• Groups of over 5: contact the Baby Friendly office for a bespoke quote

Please note: the pricing has been based on the low production costs of videos used within the training.
