Booking is open for this year’s Annual Conference taking place virtually on 18-19 November 2026
We look forward to welcoming delegates to this year’s two-day event which will take place online with live and on-demand access. The full timetable is available on this page now and the programme booklet will be available in due course.

Prices
Tickets include two days of conference talks and Q&As, as well as on-demand access recordings after the event.
- Discounted Price: £95 per person for groups of 5 or more.
- Standard Price: £125 per person, from 1 August 2026 onwards until booking closes.
Please note: the discounted price early booking deadline passed on 31 July 2026.
Booking and Payment
To pay by card, please book and pay online via Eventbrite here: Baby Friendly Initiative Virtual Conference 2026
To book by invoice, please download either the Individual Booking Form or Group Booking Spreadsheet and submit to [email protected] together with a Purchase Order. Please note we are unable to confirm places or issue an invoice without a copy of a Purchase Order.

Booking closes at 5pm on 11th November 2026.
With your booking you will be able to watch the live conference on 18th and 19th November, and be able to watch again on-demand after the event. Please allow for a short delay switching from the live broadcast to on-demand access. The on-demand content will be accessible until 5pm on Friday 18th December.
Substitutions can be made up to 5pm on 11th November 2026 when booking closes – please email [email protected] with the name and booking reference of the current delegate and the new delegate’s details.
This provides us with info to switch the booking to the new name ahead of when the access details are issued.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by 28th October 2026. An administration fee of £5 will be charged. Regretfully no refunds can be given after this date.
