Baby Friendly launches new Theory of Change framework

The UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative is pleased to announce the launch of their new Theory of Change framework which explains how we achieve impact for babies and children and our vision for change in Baby Friendly accredited services.
The framework consists of a diagram and narrative booklet which outlines the core activities undertaken to enable transformational change and provides a summary of available evidence around the impact of Baby Friendly and the programme’s core components.
