Children in South Sudan are in greater danger than ever as conflict continues in the country. Fresh outbreaks of violence have forced tens of thousands of people to seek shelter in desperately overcrowded UN bases.

Water is scarce and heavy rains have collapsed latrines in the camps. Children who have survived the violence now face the very real threat of water shortages and disease.
