Employee engagement with easyJet

easyJet and Unicef have been working together since 2012, building a highly successful Change for Good partnership that engages easyJet’s 13,000 strong workforce based across eight European countries.

easyJet Employees from across the network come together to unite around a common cause, supporting Unicef to provide vaccines for mothers and babies, education for children caught in emergencies, and helping to end polio.

easyJet crew collect donations in all currencies for Unicef, enabling customers from a diverse mix of countries to donate to Unicef. With Unicef having such high brand recognition globally, easyJet’s customers and employees from all over the world recognise the Unicef brand and unite to support a great cause.

In addition to the on board collections, easyJet staff fundraise for Unicef at events and activities held in offices and bases as well as take part in challenges across Europe –all with support from Unicef’s teams in the countries where easyJet operates, making this a truly pan-European partnership. Each year, Unicef takes some of easyJet’s most passionate champions of the partnership to see some of the work they have helped to deliver.
