This new report on child nutitrion underlines the importance of the first 1,000 days – from conception to second birthday – in every child’s development.

It highlights the vital role that mothers can play in preventing child malnutrition, both during pregnancy and by breastfeeding a child during their first six months.

The report is part of our UNICEF UK campaign around child hunger and malnutrition, and links to our broader work within the Enough Food for Everyone IF campaign.
