Around the world, millions of vulnerable and disadvantaged children have their rights denied because they don't have access to safe water and proper sanitation facilities, such as toilets. It's not fair. This September, world leaders will gather at the UN to plan how to keep the promise they made to children in 2000. It's time they put it right.
