Caroline Donald, Senior Engagement Manager

Hi, I’m Caroline. I have been a part of this incredible team since 2020. As the team manager, I am here to ensure that we work together seamlessly and achieve our goals. Our supporters are very important to us and our team understands the impact a legacy gift can have for children. We are here to support you every step of the way.

My goal is to ensure that you have a smooth experience and provide assistance with any queries or concerns you may have.

I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our supporters. I believe in the importance of sharing the need and impact of UNICEF’s work, and how it positively affects those we serve. Together, we can make a difference.

If you ever need assistance or have suggestions on how we can enhance our supporter events, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.

Rosa Leuci, Supporter Engagement Manager

Hello, I’m Rosa. I have had this role in the Gifts in Wills Team since March 2024.

My role is to bring you, our incredible supporters, closer to UNICEF’s work and the impact of UNICEF’s work closer to you. I do this through regular updates and delivery of events, such as our annual Summer Garden Parties and other ad-hoc events.

I’m also responsible for our In Memory programme, ensuring we can help extend the support of our loved ones through tribute pages, fundraisers, and events.

If you have any questions on the difference a legacy can make to UNICEF or our wider work, or how you can leave a gift In  Memory of a loved one, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Pamela Bortey, Supporter Engagement Manager

Hi, I’m Pamela, the newest member of the amazing Gifts in Wills Team, which I had the pleasure of joining in July 2025. It’s wonderful to meet you all!

I look after the development and delivery of meaningful and engaging stewardship experiences for UNICEF UK’s legacy supporters, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and connected to the incredible impact their future gifts will make for children. Each day gives me the chance to connect with supporters and build strong, lasting relationships, while also identifying and nurturing potential new legacy pledgers through insight, research, and thoughtful conversations.

Connecting with supporters is one of my favourite parts of the job, so if you ever have any questions or would like to know more about our work, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Lucy Male, Legacy Administration Manager

I’m Lucy M. I work part-time and have been with UNICEF UK for over 7 years. In my spare time, I enjoy walking my dog and I have lots of interests in pottery, cooking and gardening.

I take care of supporters’ gifts after they have passed away. My role is to help executors when a supporter has died by taking care of all the necessary legal admin to ensure an individual’s wishes are fulfilled. I provide them with all the information they need to be able to fulfil supporters’ legacies.
