How can I help Venezuela?

A devastating 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck northern Venezuela the evening of the 24th of June 2026, followed less than a minute later by a second, even stronger 7.5 quake.

Homes and buildings have collapsed across affected areas, including Caracas and La Guaira, leaving families without safe shelter and in urgent need of clean water and medical care. The second tremor is the strongest to hit the country since records began in 1900.

Early reports indicate hundreds of people, including children, have been killed and many more injured. These figures are expected to rise as search-and-rescue operations continue and the full impact of the earthquakes becomes clear. Major hospitals in the state are completely overwhelmed and facing a critical shortage of medical supplies.

UNICEF teams are on the ground providing urgent, life-saving support to children and their families.

Please donate today to help us reach more children in Venezuela.
