OutRight 2025-2026
International Aid
With OutRight, empower children and young people as they embark on a brand new learning journey, all about International Aid. This journey will teach them about the UNCRC, what International Aid is and why is it important, and to understand how it supports children and their rights around the world.
International aid makes a huge difference for children around the world. This year, the UK Government announced a large reduction in the money they spend on this support. This decision will affect children everywhere, because international aid helps to them get things like life-saving medicines and vaccines, clean water, good nutrition, and good education, as well as helping children, families and communities deal with the problems they face, such as climate change.
These may seem like distant concepts for children and young people to learn about, but finding out about international aid means examining our responsibilities for each other as humans sharing the same planet, and how we can act as global citizens. OutRight aims to upskill children and young people with brand new knowledge, and to provide an exciting way for them to take action and have their voices heard.
